Our return policy for sunglasses is as follows:
Personal products (Sunglasses, Accessories, watches, cetera): We do not offer refunds or exchanges for personal products unless we can verify that the item was shipped to you in error or the item is defective. This includes sunglasses that have been worn or used.
Wrong item or defective products: If you receive a wrong item or if the sunglasses are defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
To initiate a return, please email us at www.SekelBoer.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. If we determine that your item is eligible for return or exchange, we will provide you with instructions for how to return the item.
Please note that SekelBoer is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of a product. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill any requests for exchanges, as our inventory may change frequently.
No Refunds can be given on E-Gift Cards.
