Shipping Policy

At SekelBoer, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. This includes offering various shipping methods to suit your needs. However, it is important to note that once an order has been placed and the shipping method has been selected, it cannot be changed.

If a customer selects the wrong shipping method or fails to collect a partial shipment, it is not the responsibility of our shop. We will not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of incorrect shipping selection or non-collection of partial shipments.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping information provided at the time of checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Packages will be delivered to the courrier company within 2 working days unless otherwise communicated via phone or Email. When Shipped , Shipping may take anything between 1-4 working days depending on the shipping method chosen.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact the customer to obtain the correct information. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred on international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any such fees.

In the event that an order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline for resolution.
